Ridgetop Inspection Services, Inc. is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of rented equipment. All equipment is rented as-is and is assumed to be in working condition at the time of rental. It is the renter's responsibility to inspect all equipment prior to use and to operate it in a safe, lawful, and responsible manner.

By renting equipment from Ridgetop Inspection Services, Inc., the renter agrees to:

• Use the equipment only for its intended purpose.

• Follow all manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.

• Assume all risk associated with the equipment during the rental period.

• Indemnify and hold harmless Ridgetop Inspection Services, Inc., its owners, and employees from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses that occur during or as a result of the rental.

• Use of equipment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Rental Terms & Condition

Valid ID Required

A government-issued photo ID is required at the time of rental.

Payment

Full payment is due at pickup unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Rental Period

Rental periods are charged per day unless stated otherwise. Late returns may incur additional charges.

Damage & Cleaning

Renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Equipment must be returned clean or a cleaning fee will apply.

Cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Usage

Equipment is to be used by the renter only. Subleasing or lending is not allowed. Improper or illegal use will result in immediate termination of rental without refund.

Inspection

Renter is encouraged to inspect equipment before leaving with it. Issues must be reported immediately.

Transport

Renter is responsible for safe transport and return of equipment.

Weather Conditions

No refunds will be issued for rentals affected by weather unless stated in writing.

Right to Refuse Service

Ridgetop Inspection Services, Inc. reserves the right to refuse rental service to anyone at our discretion.
